Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes delays can occur making necessary schedule changes.
If a guest needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee.
The amount will be equal to 100% of the reserved haircut services and 50% of the reserved hair color or highlight services.
If a guest is more than 15 minutes late for the service, we may not be able to accommodate the appointment. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations can NOT be made on the Dattilo Hair confirmation or reminder notices. They must be made via phone call at 203-481-1640 or via e-mail at email@example.com (at least 24 hours in advance).

* The cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
* There are no refunds on Gift Cards.
