CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes delays can occur making necessary schedule changes. 

 

  • If a guest needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. 

 

The amount will be equal to 100% of the reserved haircut services and 50% of the reserved hair color or highlight services.

 

  • If a guest is more than 15 minutes late for the service, we may not be able to accommodate the appointment. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

 

  • Cancellations can NOT be made on the Dattilo Hair confirmation or reminder notices. They must be made via phone call at 203-481-1640 or via e-mail at dattilohair@gmail.com (at least 24 hours in advance).

* NO CALL NO SHOW = All cancellations must be made via phone or online 24 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. The amount will be equal to 100% of the reserved haircut services and 50% of the reserved hair color or highlight services.

* The cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

* There are no refunds on Gift Cards.

* PAYMENT METHOD

Cash is always accepted as well as debit and credit cards.
